MOTORHOME RENTAL RATES  

                                                         *Sorry but we do not rent for Burning Man event*

DAILY RENTAL:               $190 Per Night, 4 Night Minimum. Includes 100 free miles per night.  

WEEKLY RENTAL:         $1140 Per (6 nights,7days)  Includes 100 free miles per night. 
                                                              (Extra nights  at $190 per night) 
                                      

MONTHLY RENTAL:      $4275 per month, 30 nights - includes 100 free miles per night. 
                                                       (Extra nights at $162 per night)  


RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Minimum $500 or ½ of the rental estimate. (necessary to secure reservation)  

SECURITY DEPOSIT:       Minimum $1000 (Pets, add an additional $500) *Refunded within 48 hours after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented.  

MILEAGE CHARGE:         .32 cents per mile in excess of 100 miles per night rented. 
 
GENERATOR CHARGE:    5 hours per day free, then $3 per hour additional.  

CLEANING CHARGE:        $350 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including  luggage compartments  

INSURANCE FEE:             $20 Per Day plus Admin fee (or Binder furnished from your Insurance Company)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:  

HOUSEKEEPING KIT:      $150 (Linen, Dishes, Etc) * Mandatory with each rental * see below  

WASTEWATER:                $20 Dumpimg charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.

 FUEL TANK:                     $20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return.  

 PROPANE TANK:            $20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Propane If Not Topped Off Upon Return.  

 Bicycle Rack:                    $25 (holds up to three bicycles)  

                                     Please…return the motorhome before 11:00 am!

 
                                                                    Cancellation Policy 

If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental $100 is forfeiture. If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the start of the rental dates, the entire rental deposit will be forfeited.
